Monica - Owner, Surf Instructor & Guide
Born & raised on the California coast, Monica has visited Costa Rica since before she can even remember - her parents brought her for the first time when she was only 9mo old!
After over 25 years of visiting and extended stays, she made the leap to pursue her dreams of creating her own Lifestyle Business.
With a degree in Ecology & the Environment and a Personal Training Certification from NASM, the objective is to create an interdisciplinary program tailored to each individual's needs and wants: nutrition, fitness, self-awareness, environmental consciousness, and a global community mindset...all centered around the ocean and surfing!
